Athletic Training Room Rules

Cell phone use texting is not permitted.

No club or intramural sports. No lounging loitering or swearing is allowed in the athletic training room. Athletic training room rules. No one is permitted in the training room without the supervision or permission of a staff athletic trainer.

Chisholm trail high school athletic training room rules. Athletic training room rules. Please do not take anything from the athletic training room without the permission of the certified athletic trainer. Proper behavior attire and language will be required at all times.

Athletes must have a completed bu physical and medical insurance form on file with the athletic trainers prior to any sport participation. Athletic tape and pre wrap are not to be used for sports equipment or personal use ie. Only varsity athletes will be treated in the athletic training room. The athletic training room is a medical facility and should be treated as such.

No food drink or tobacco products will be permitted in the athletic training room. Failure to follow these standards will result in removal from the athletic training room. Please be respectful of the staff students other patients and equipment. Please treat our staff in a professional courteous and respectful manner.

It is the responsibility of the student athlete to report all physical injuries as well as mental health concerns anxiety depression etc to the at staff as soon as they occur.
